First Assistant Camera and Focus Puller on short documentary about Fred Baker an early pioneer of the development of the internet. Filmed on Arri Amira and Canon Cine Primes in the studio and on location. I was pulling focus on my Arri FF5 and with a Preston FIZ.

Camera Operator for selected coverage of the LA Auto Show for Ad content for a plastics company specializing in automotive. Operated MOVI with Sony A7sII and Red Dragon for beauty shots of cars and the coverage of the show as well as interviews.

First assistant camera and focus puller on a series of short docs about how the sciences play into everyday life. Shot on the Sony F55 with Zeiss CP 2s and Angenieux zooms. We shot in the pouring rain for several days in a row and had to be very good about keeping our gear dry and dealing with high humidity.

First Assistant Camera on multicam travel / food style shoot at locations throughout Los Angeles. Shooting in some owned locations and on the street, running and gunning, being mobil and thinking ahead to know what gear needs to be ready to use. First Assistant Camera on series of commercials for a new phone by major tech company yet to be released. Shooting on the Sony Fs7 with Leica Summicron primes, Arri FF5 and DJI Wireless Focus. Lots of very shallow depth of field shooting.

Focus Puller / First Assistant Camera for Volkswagen public relations piece. Filmed at the Fontana race track. Footage of cars on track and prepping in the garage and pit as well as coverage of drivers. Shot on the Sony F55, Angenieux zooms and Cooke Primes, Preston FIZ.

Focus Puller / First Assistant Camera for a night shoot covering mostly pickups. Shot on Fs700 with Cooke 20-120mm and Arri FF5.

Coverage of vendors and general event. Interviews with talent involved in the cannabis industry. One man band working with the Sony A7s II and a sound guy.

First Assistant Camera / Focus Puller for multiple episodes of a narrative web series to accompany an album release. Shot on Sony Fs7 with Angenieux 20-120mm. Sound stage and studio work on a cyclorama as well as coverage of live shows.

First AC on three camera talk show style shoot in the Los Angeles area. Built and wrangled 3 Canon C300's with Canon Cine 17-120mm and 15.5-47mm zoom lenses. Pulled focus, Slated scenes, and made field notes during production. Build and managed a video village running three monitors wirelessly with Teradek systems.

Intake of initial footage dump into an established organizational structure in Adobe Primiere Pro. Syncing of footage and audio for interviews, walk and talk style dialog and b-roll. Rough edit of pre written script and selection of b-roll. Color coding of scenes and notes in preparation for hand off to a finishing editor.

First assistant camera on a three camera reality style shoot in the Los Angeles area. Built and wrangled 3 Canon C300s and pulled focus on Canon Cine 17-120mm as well as prime lenses. Slated and kept track of scenes in sequence with our sound recordist. Made detailed field notes on footage captured for two cameras in preparation for post. Managed a mobile monitoring system for the cameras based on Teradek wireless video transmission and small HD monitors.

Worked as a location scout and fixer to find and permit several scenes inside of Crater Lake National Park and the surrounding areas based on an established script. Worked as First Assistant Camera filming on the Canon C300 pulling focus on Canon Cine and SLR style lenses. Managed a directors monitor.

Filled the roles of camera operator and assistant editor for the development organization's internal film production department telling the stories of their work in developing countries. Also assisted in the installation and maintenance of an editshare based archive and editing server.

B-camera operation for two intimate interviews with owners and managers at Ponzi Winery. Filled grip and gaffer duties as well as DIT.

Filled the responsibilities of first assistant camera for a three day surfing shoot promoting Kelly Slater Wave Co, video here http://www.kswaveco.com/. Built and managed 2 Red Dragon cameras with wireless follow focus and matte box, pulled focus on Canon Cine 17-120mm and 50-1000mm lenses with fast action approaching the camera from a distance of 2000ft to as close as 20ft. Cataloged footage, assisted in mag management and DIT. Had a ton of fun!

Filled the roles of first AC and Gaffer on a two day shoot for Lego Duplos by Gray Cat FIlms. Assisted in camera handling, changing lenses / filters, gear hauling and DIT. Filmed at a wide variety of locations including several families homes with small children, and in the rain!!!

Provided support to a 6 camera crew using Red Scarlet, Sony Fs7 and A7s cameras and wrangled several GoPros. Organized and downloaded media.

1st AC for Kenny Allen, two day shoot of short character driven stories for Moda Health COmmercial.

Filled the roles of first AC and Gaffer on a three day shoot for Lego Duplos. Assisted in camera handling, changing lenses / filters, gear hauling and DIT. Filmed at a wide variety of locations including several families homes with small children, a constructions site, and at scenic locations around Portland.

1st AC for Paulius Kontijevas for a day of interviews with Nike merchandisers at Nike headquarters in Beaverton Oregon. Shot on C300 and Zeiss SLR Primes.

Camera Operator and Sound Mixer for feature coverage of PAX Prime gaming booths and conference events. Interviews with up and coming and well established game developers and behind the scenes with some of youtube's biggest stars.

Drove and managed a cargo van of the crew's traveling grip gear for a week of shooting in northern Washington. Organized and set up all grip equipment, lights, jib and slider.

Sound mixer and boom operator for somewhat scripted reality show which shot over 4 days in several travel destinations throughout Seattle. Audio recording situations included everything from street scenes to loud bars and even a pinball museum!

Made rough cuts of footage from a variety of shoots, scanned footage for quality segments. 101 Seconds is a documentary currently in production that tells the stories of multiple characters affected by gun violence and their involvement in gun legislation in Oregon.

Large green screen shoot featuring Trial Blazers starting lineup in preparation for NBA Finals 2015. Filled the role of 1st camera Assistant during shooting and grip during setup and breakdown.

Filled many support roles for a small crew. Two days of shooting with China Forbes of Pink Martini and professional dancers from the Oregon Ballet Theatre in one of the Oregon Ballet Theaters warehouses in North Portland. Worked with Skye Fitzgerald of "SpinFilm" and Kenny Allen Portland Director of Photography.

Fill all roles on a small production crew producing marketing and story based film content for Oregon Health and Science University, internal and external use.

Assisted Mercy Corps staff film producer Lisa Cicala in editing footage from the field and served the role of first assistant camera and operator for film content shot in Portland, OR.

Produced several short films featuring Iraqi war refugees resettling in San Diego and IRC staff describing the assistance the refugees received from the international rescue committee.
