Coordinated high budgeted shows that delivered to A&E network. I was in charge of coordinating flight. hotel, and ground transportation while our crews were traveling around the US. I also sourced crews that are local to each city as well as those that are needed here in LA. I created POs and check requests for both productions that were shooting simultaneously and maintained tracking spreadsheets.

PopSugar had several productions that were constantly being produced year round. I was specifically in charge of Crew and Talent Paperwork, Payroll, and AP/AR.

Coordinate small productions with crew ranging from 5-20 people. Assisted with budgets, logistics, and payments.

Set and Office PA. Also worked on two of the conventions that Prometheus Hosted.

Coordinate small sizzle for a kickstarter campaign. Assisted with low budget, logistics, and payments.

I currently work directly with the head of scripted and the creative director here in the office as their executive assistant. I not only managed their schedules and took calls, but I also helped in all forms of development form organizing the scripts that came in, to making sure we had producers lined up with the correct contracts, to making sure that all of our post work was coming in on time and working directly with the editors. When on set I would help coordinate with the crew to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything ran smoothly. I would be the middle man between our locations and our producers as well as logging times that everyone was on set so they may be paid correctly. Before working with DreamworksTV I was with the parent company at AwesomenessTV as a consistent freelance PA that would work on set but mostly I was their go-to driver for cube trucks and vans.

Worked as a set PA and drove the cargo van. Traveled with Cast & Crew to San Diego for a weekend shoot.
