Continued my role from post AP on Wicked Tuna onto the spin-off, Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks. Took on more producer responsibilities and sharpened my editing skills.

After promotion from media manager, took on the role of Associate Producer in the post department. Helped source plot material from raw footage and strung out big action scenes as well as character moments. Prepared interview documents and assisted in writing prompts for the cast in the chair.

Received, processed, watched and categorized months worth of unproduced footage to prepare for grouping and help source plot material.

Coordinated with swing gang to arrange pickups, drop offs to set, and returns to prop houses. Maintained payments with prop houses, along with other typical coordinator duties (expense reports, updated and communicated budget, turned in timecards, etc.)

Started APOC, took over coordinating producer's role. Did call sheets, permitting, expense reports, payroll, booking crew.

Lunch, wheels up coordinating, crew management, releases, props, and many other hats for a crazy-fun-crazy-busy show where anything could happen at any moment.

I was brought back for season three to help continue our functioning groove of the show; individual lunch orders day, crafty management every morning/location change, appearance releases for huge crowds, crew shuttling, ironing wardrobe, expense reports, anything someone needed it, I was on it!

Lunch orders, crafty/shuttle organization, crew comfort, mass appearance releases, and anything else that needed to be done, "Willcut" took care of it!

Anything and everything; monitored equipment, helped wrangle talent, drove transpo vans, picked up meal, did some assistant art direction.

On-the-go appearance releases (I'm very quick with the iPad Easy Release app,) lunch orders, lunch pickup.

Shot stills, rolled on behind-the-scenes, and edited/cleaned up photos in Lightroom.

Helped carry equipment, setup a few lights, managed entry to and from set, and did releases for a large group of people.

Received much appreciation from audience members for keeping them updated, as comfortable as possible, and getting them into bleacher seats as soon as they opened up. Also would "fire up" the audience; got them to cheer and support contestants as they took on the obstacle course.

Welcomed potential contestants, registered them for auditions, and escorted them to the producers for testing. Made many coffee runs, perfecting coffee to the producers' liking and worked with the hotel in assuring their additional comfortability while screening artists.

Was invited as makeup/PA, ended up doing grip and gaff.

Willcut joined her talented group of freelance filmmakers for this unique drama, which is making the festival rounds with good reception. She documented as much behind-the-scenes as possible, and provided still photography for the promotion.

"Christmas with the Dead" is an adaptation of the short novel by famous horror writer Joe R. Lansdale. On set of this dramedy, Willcut provided still photography for its promotion.

Crafty, driving, keeping actors warm with blankets and heat packs during cold night shoot.

Lead director, editor, and interviewer. This was a collective documentary made by Willcut and her classmates after Hurricane Ike ripped their island of Galveston apart.
