One-week assignment to help the Executive, Sean O’Malley, and Supervising Producer, John Aronson, get to South Carolina to shoot. Acted as “right hand” to Producing Coordinator, Summer Martin, helped with making the AD kits (releases etc.), created the Producer binders, coordinated Art and Wardrobe dept and made general runs.

Coordinated vendors, oversaw builds of scaffolding, tents, delivery of the scissor lift, delegated to PA’s, managed security, supported camera crew and producers above the Ripley’s building. Worked and negotiated with the LAPD to make sure the crew could come and go during the red carpet telecast.

Ordered and prepared crafty and breakfast for the E! crew at the Wilshire building, set up lunch for E! crew the day before the morning announcement, created the start paper work and got all the crew paid, met and supported talent, oversaw set up and wrap at the Academy theater.

Help generate start paper work, all office support work, facilitate production meetings, support accounting, made runs to set. Was promoted and assigned producer duties to two splinter crews. Job extended 2 weeks for extra shooting day. Coordinated wrap book in concert with the Production Coordinator who was off-site on another job.

Micro budget feature (40K); Did almost everything on this set. General duties were Production Support related. Responsible for all crafty runs and crafty stock, keeping and organizing crafty receipts, actualizing the crafty budget at the end of days. Due to budget, everyone did multiple jobs on set.
