Set up location for the live event which consisted of setting up charging stations and flags, be doorman and scan the guest barcode to enter the venue, keep line controlled to assure we didn’t block entrance for other venues, break down and return equipment to rental place

Primary responsibilities keeping library filled with books, fire watch library when not in use, go on runs when items are running low or needed, and helping talent to hand out information about the popup.

My responsibilities consisted of a camera set up and proper expose for the live speaking event, changing batteries and mark SD cards for camera, setting up H4N and make sure audio levels were good for the live event and finally breaking down equipment and pack up event

Ran lens ready for use for camera, sd cards to DIT department, and batteries to Director of Photography, marked actors and finally, broke down equipment.

Communicate with Director of Photography to relay light vision, create lighting set up and change accordingly to Director of Photography, set up all lights and c-stands to be prepared for production

Primary responsibilities included going on runs for production, driving crew members, contestants and judges from location to hotel (at times using a 12 passenger vehicle), loading art department equipment and then driving 15 ft box truck to a storage location to unload, always making sure crafty locations was filled and the production office was always presentable.

Set up monitors and wrangled cables for camera crew. Assisted grip and electric assemble and disassemble lighting set up. Helped with striking down and blocking for camera crew and assisted setting up video village.

The primary role involved handling paperwork and sensitive information, communicating with actors on flight and schedule arrangements, communicate with my team to make sure everyone is on task, efficiently lead actors from wardrobe to set and locked down sets, and helped the Grip and electric team and Gaffer
