-Assist in overall booking process by confirming shows and sending out artist contracts -Track finances, artist travel and ticket counts for all of our clients and report to artist’s management team -Schedule all calls and meetings throughout the day and manage Agent’s daily agenda

-Answered calls and relayed information to program directors from filmmakers interested in participating in the festival. -Requested film screeners from various production companies and directors for festival consideration -Sat on a film selection committee and reviewed film screeners for festival programs

-Worked with the Press department on the Red Carpet to schedule arrivals during the pre-show -Assembled face sheets and assisted the Public Relations department during the pre-show -Responsible for the overall run through of Press Production Events during show week

-Assisted the Executive Assistant of Production answering all phone calls from the Los Angeles Office; responsible for keeping the daily schedule of the Executive Producer. -Ordered bus travel for 2012 Online Video Music Awards Team -Recorded and organized the notes for the Head of Event Operations and Management during department meetings
