Rented minivan in Seattle and also picked up lighting equipment. Traveled to Orcas island for a week of shooting with cast. Duties included quick runs such as lunch or picking up a crew member from ferry drop off. I drove all crew from restaurants to certain locations where they planned on shooting. I also took care of releases for any pedestrian that came up on camera while filming. Organized receipts for crew and set aside in order for Production Manager to put away. Provided strong ground support being proactive and making sure crew/cast have what they need.

Assisted with casting call of Bad Girls Club in Seattle. I was responsible for handling of applications and making sure whole process was a smooth flow. I gathered groups of girls and prepared them for group interviews with the casting director. Anyone that the casting director thought was interesting was sent to another room for a headshot picture along with additional paperwork and communicating on how to follow up. Organization of paperwork was done by me towards the end of the day to have everything prepared for the casting director.

Transported lighting equipment from Seattle to Aberdeen, WA. Assisted crew load up vans to get ready for interview shoot. Helped set up lighting fixtures along with their positioning. Took care of any small tasks that came up and any necessities crew members needed.
