Additionally, I assisted in cultivating and establishing corporate partnerships and managing investor relations. Monstrous was acquired by Freeform Development, Inc in 2015.

Business Affairs (Licensing and Fundraising ) – 7G Entertainment (Infinite Games Publishing)

I served as VP of Business Development for 7G Entertainment, the holding corporation for Infinite Game Publishing, 7G Game Services, and Seven Group Data Management. My contribution to the formation, structure and ultimate successful partnership with Fonds de solidarité FTQ resulted in a $6M+ investment. I was key in the creation of the 7G Games Services unit and heavily contributed to the formation and setup of Infinite Game Publishing. Creating alongside the President of Publishing for Infinite Games, I managed the publishing contract negotiations for the first three titles: Mechwarrior Online, Mechwarrior Tactics and Sins of a Dark Age. Additionally, I created new programs and business relationships with hardware, software and services partners that provided significant financial contributions to the various projects.

Executive in Charge (EIC) (President) – Fun in Motion

I directed Fun In Motion in building software and hardware solutions for commercial entertainment and commercial fitness multi-station systems. This included oversight of all levels of operations with hands on management of product development, management and manufacturing. I leveraged previous experience and contacts in China and Korea to reduce production costs and increase profitability and developed new market growth through development of worldwide sales partnerships. FIM's team and core technology were acquired by Blue Goji in 2011.

I oversaw new project development focusing on finding projects that aligned with ALE's Social Media publishing model. I researched developers and studios with projects or teams capable of delivering on solid game designs that would potentially generate exponential ROI. I was responsible for locating multiple IP's used on internal projects, locating key talent used to build the ALE team and reviewing internal and external project designs. I also served as primary media interface for marketing and business development.

Executive in Charge (EIC) – Roxor Games

I directed a commercial and consumer entertainment company, principally encompassing new product development, strategic sales and marketing strategy, and setting up international operations. I identified demand in the marketplace and coordinated with multiple teams of distributed developers to bring product to meet that demand. I set up manufacturing facilities in Austin, Texas and Shenzhen, China and support teams in Eslov, Sweden. I managed relationships with S. Korean, UK, Sweden, Spain and U.S.-based partners to develop business opportunities and increase revenue.
