Development & Sales, Transistor Content, Los Angeles, CA, 2013 Nov 2013 – April 2016. ● Directed the launch of a new television production company in partnership with digital marketing agency Piehead & Co., with a focus on the US cable TV market ● Secured multiple paid development deals with cable television networks History, FYI and CNN/HLN ● Managed a team in creating a slate of original non-scripted concepts in preparation for an investor- funded digital content platform launch

● Oversaw all US television development and sales departments ● Successfully established Essential 11’s cable television presence though the implementation of a cohesive development and sales strategy in the U.S. and across 3 English-speaking territories (USA, Australia, Canada)! ● Coordinated with producers from the Sydney and Toronto offices to develop new television concepts for the US market, which resulted in increased sales companywide!

Directed all creative output for Development and Sales Department, including presentations, sales videos, written creative materials, format rundowns, visual branding concepts, video voice narration, and conceptual visualization ● Personally pitched new television concepts to various network buyers, then worked with network creative executives to scale up initial concepts into successful pilots and series, resulting in dramatic company growth! ● Managed a 6-person development team of writer/producers and a 4-person casting team, in addition to working with countless freelance producers, editors, shooters, visual designers and production assistants !
