• Ensure all props are preset correctly prior to each performance. • Responsible to ensure that the Stage/Area is clean and free of obstructions. • Assists with guests and audience interactions when directed by Entertainment Management to promote a positive guest experience (meet & greets). • Provides assistance to the performers with costume changes. • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Focused on the safety of guests while creating magical experiences throughout their stay. • Be present when video/film production is on the property and ensure crew members have all they need. • Train new cast members in learning the ins and outs of the Walt Disney company.

Ensured a smooth live stream event, oversaw all attendees, and assisted with any needs (network troubleshooting, documents to email, contact information) Effectively worked over Zoom with casting directors, and ensured rapid responses with a high level of verbal and written communication. Used platforms such as MS Word, Excel, Zoom, and Casting Networks to excel in a team-driven environment.

Gained talent relation skills and on-set etiquette. Assisted producers in meeting and assisting below-the-line to above-the-line cast and crew, ensuring all needs were met and exceeded (delivering information from soundstage to set, handing script revisions, working alongside PAs, and providing instructions where needed.)

Assisted associate producers and network executives in coordinating and pulling assets/footage for editors. Provided office staff support: including shipping, errands, swag management, and talent relations.

Arrived first and early along with Executive Producers to tackle daily tasks (organizing scripts, organizing monitor room for editors and the director) Worked alongside with stage manager on-set to guide talent, crew, and other PAs with instructions given out by the director.

Gained agility in problem-solving as unexpected situations arise for auditions, bookings, and on-set. Proved the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with quality and quick responsiveness with the casting director and clients.
