*Lead health and safety planning in the workplace according to RTW Agreement and studio protocols *Advise the production on best practices on health and safety related to COVID-19 *Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and best mitigation protocols *Ensure required health compliance training for all crew, talent, etc. is provided *Enforce studio policies and protocols on-set in conjunction with production management *Provide reports to production management regarding concerns, violations, and compliance *Establish, train, and supervise team members to assist with implementation of protocols *Work with all departments throughout production (prep, shoot, strike) to ensure they have the support, knowledge, and means to adhere to the current studio protocols. *Review prep and shooting schedules to ensure risk mitigation and cast/crew structures (pods, teams, etc.) are in place *Work closely with studio executives, production management, testing vendors, and studio leadership to remain on the forefront of changing protocols on set practices.
