-Greet all audience members and ensure they all sign release forms before entering studio -Communicate all rules and studio procedures to audience members. -Flow audience in and out of studio in an organized manner. -Follow director's instruction to provide best visual aesthetic for television -Be attentive to audience and producers' needs during show recording and cuts.

-Helped assemble commercial storyboard -Ran copies of script and other documents for production crew -Created cue cards for talent to use during shoot -Helped ensure all crew members filled out a time sheet and necessary tax documents

-Distribute all production staff credentials -Check I.D.s and be accountable for all credentials being delivered to the correct personnel. -Process with management any last minute requests for credentials. -Maintain spreadsheet accurate as far as credential counts and no-shows for credentials.

- Coordinate hotel pick-up times with talent team -Arrive with transportation at hotel to pick-up talent for rehearsals and day of show. -Direct talent onto red carpet - Lead talent and their team to their seats for the reception. -Pull talent from their seat to bring them backstage for their performance. -Secure transportation for talent after show and ensure they make it back to the correct hotel.

-Guide talent and their team around the venue during rehearsals and on show day. -Carefully review show run down to ensure my talent is in the correct placement throughout live show. -Be the connector between production and the talent's team to ensure smooth flow of show. -Escort talent on red carpet as well as direct talent and team to press if they desire to do it.
