Location scouting for production: Driving around Austin, photographing various neighborhoods, geolocating photos and submitting them to production for review. Additional responsibilities included picking up and delivering production gear to set, driving camera car to various locations for mobile VTR and shuttling crew, and picking up/dropping off crew to airport. Last, locking down location and fire-watching production gear.

Acting as a stage PA, assisting production with various tasks during live streaming of the event. Unloading and loading a wide range of production gear, event gear, and other production supplies. Coordinating with production regarding various lunch and gear pickups during heavy traffic, various road closures, and a flow of SXSW participants. Assembling and dissembling game consoles, peripherals, chairs, and other game equipment. Assisting art department with various dressing, maintenance, and other duties. Supplying and resupplying various crafty stations as well as clean up backstage.

Working with production to complete a variety of tasks on and off. Completing any and all preproduction needs for production: Transporting/Organizing camera gear, production supplies, and culinary goods to various storehouses. On production days: Transporting talent and crew to the locations. Locking down set during principle shooting. Acting as a stand-in for camera department and gaffer preparation. Communicating with production and other departments on any and all needs. On post-production: Collecting and distributing camera and production gear. Clearing out and resetting furniture in shooting locations. Transporting production crew and talent to location and airport. Striking sets and organizing production equipment for pickup. Communicating with production regarding the handling and order of various tasks for completion.

Primary responsibilities included talent corralling. Assisting Key Production Assistant with setting up audition rooms, catering to questions/needs of talent, relaying communication to the Assistant Director, Camera Department, and Producers. Secondary responsibilities included assisting Camera Department, loading/breaking down miscellaneous equipment, and aiding security with information regarding the competition.

Aiding the Assistant Director and 2nd with on set production, locking down locations during shooting, relaying communication to Grip and Electric, Producers, and DIT, and corralling Talent and Extras. Other tasks included aiding other departments, crew transportation, and equipment delivery.

Primary tasks included collecting signed waivers from participants of a candid camera web commercial as well as interacting with participants via delivery of prizes. Other responsibilities included equipment and goods pick ups.

Working on set with the Key Production Assistant in crew transportation, equipment loading, and locking down set during shooting. Other duties included aiding Kraft Services, set dressing, equipment delivery, and aiding other departments.
