-Determine production size, content, and budget, and establish production schedules and management policies. Hire creative and administrative team. -Prepare operational reports, distribute rehearsal call sheets and script copies, and arrange rehearsal schedules. -Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and ensure that production objectives are attained. Report progress.
