• Manage and coordinate all logistics and moving parts in regards to talent • Create travel and day to day itineraries for talent • Contact and communicate with talent or agents to assure any special needs • Create and submit all talent payment invoices and distribute checks in a timely fashion

• Prepare and monitor a realistic board, schedule, and budget • Secure all necessary clearances and releases from crew, talent, locations, and products and approve invoices, check requests, purchase orders, and timecards • Hire crew members, negotiate compensation, and prepare crew deal memos • Set up and run the production office within each project’s parameters and budget • Build relationships with local unions, film commissions, and local authorities • Arrange for location travel and hotel accommodations for out of town crew members • Oversee day-to-day production and responsible for keeping the production running smoothly

• Prepare a breakdown of all moving parts including crew and equipment • Create and disseminate schedules, call sheets, and all essential paperwork and information • Officiate production meetings in a timely fashion • Liaison between the crew members and the director, as well as between the production office and the set • Assist director with production details, coordinate and supervise cast and crew activities and facilitate an organized flow of activity on the set
