Hire production crew, create production book, arrange crew meal, help set and strike on event days, coordinate gear needs during overlapping events.

Transcribe audio files for closed captioning on various hunting, fishing, automotive, and assorted internet TV shows.

Schedule crew/make call sheets, order crew meals, help set for all events, coordinate equipment for each location, be first in/last out to ensure a smooth production.

Take field notes, get releases signed, make runs for food/ice/supplies, assist with equipment load/unload/setup.

Assisted the 1st AC and DP with multi-camera setups (Arri Alexa x2, Ronin + Red Dragon) by managing media, changing lenses, and maintaining batteries. Cameras were arranged in stations so the talent could go from one camera to the next without delay. At the end of the shoot I broke down gear with the 1st and secured & labeled it for shipping to multiple destinations.

Maintain continuity throughout principle photography, ensure all pages of the script were either filmed or omitted, maintain a master copy of the script so that changes to scenes or dialogue were accounted for, submit script notes to DIT detailing select or unusable takes, and work closely with the 2nd AC to ensure scenes are slated appropriately for a smoother editing process.

Assist the 1st AC and DP with camera operations, including media management, lens changes, battery maintenance, and note taking on camera setups (lens, filters, height, distance, etc for reverse shot setups). Slate every take of every scene for audio syncing and easier editing, and act as liaison between DIT and the rest of camera department.

I was 2nd AC on a five camera live stand-up comedy event. I assisted with setup and breakdown of all camera department gear. During the event I managed batteries and media for all cameras, maintained the client monitor with multiple live feeds, and assisted the other ACs and DPs as needed.

Pulled focus during takes. With the help of the 2nd AC, set up and broke down cameras for various rigs (Movi, steadicam, dolly, jib, etc). Maintained camera equipment during production and arranged for its shipment after wrap. Assisted the DP and secondary cam ops as needed.

I assisted A and B cam ops by changing rigs, maintaining batteries, and managing media. When both cameras were active I pulled focus for B cam. I slated every take of each scene and maintained camera notes for the editor. During the second week of production the 1st AC fell ill and needed to be sent home, leaving me as the only AC on set for two cameras during that entire week.

Assisted camera operators with filming by maintaining batteries, media, lenses and camera accessories. Wrote field logs for use by the editors. Ran media & production equipment between San Antonio and Austin. Performed office work to include scanning receipts & releases, transcribing field logs and updating appropriate information to necessary spreadsheets online.

Pulled focus remotely for camera operators working with steadycam, dolly, and jib for 2-day commercial shoot. Maintained lenses, batteries and media for RED camera. Assisted camera operators as needed.

Kept all camera & monitor batteries charged, kept track of SSD cards, maintained video village and slated takes for two cameras. I filled out camera reports that recorded scene/take, lens & filters, camera settings, movements and framing. Between setups I assisted the 1st ACs as needed.

Ran errands for the production crew including meal pickup during shoots and equipment drop-off after wrap. I also assisted with setting up lighting for interviews.

I filled in for the full time script supervisor over a weekend shoot. Using her notes, I ensured cast maintained costume continuity and followed the script for dialogue. When changes were made to the scene I recorded them in her master script. All notes were returned to her by the end of the weekend.

Provided general assistance to the camera ops with loading, unloading and changing gear. This was largely an on-set Production Assistant job minus running errands or handling office related tasks.

Maintained continuity by keeping track of set layout, props, actor costumes and dialogue. I also noted any issues during the takes and kept track of takes, audio tracks, selects and start/end times on the shoots. Any changes to dialogue were noted within the script.

Shot B-roll for 2-minute video clips leading up to the game. Loaded/unloaded gear between shoot days. Assisted A & B camera ops when needed.

Set up and operated Canon 5Ds for a time-lapse shot. Unpacked/loaded the equipment before and after the shoot.

Helped with building and painting one of the studio sets.

I assisted A and B cam operators with camera setup/disassembly, rigs (dolly, jib, steadycam), changed lenses, filters and batteries, transported media to the dailies editor and took care of the camera gear between scenes.

Assisted the camera operator during takes. During our 3-camera scenes I operated C cam. Before and after shoots I would load/unload the camera and lighting gear and help the DP & Gaffer get the set ready for the scene.

Provided some camera assistance, set up lights, ran cables, did minor PA work (running errands, setting up crafty, etc). Loaded and unloaded the equipment between shoot days.

I maintained continuity throughout the script, verified that all portions of the script were filmed, and kept notes on scenes/takes to hand off to the editor at the end of principle photography.
