Set dresser: Decorate, build and paint with art department; construct props and set dressing pieces; Strike when wrapped. Script Supervisor: Take extensive shooting notes and time duration of each scene; assist editors, DP & wardrobe & MU with matching lens usage, outfits and character and prop, dressing placement for continuing scenes.

Prepare two competing parties for reality contestant show; construct props, craft and food; decorate homes and backyards for parties on a low budget using homemade crafts and giveaways for party guests; paint props, floors, etc. and strike sets and ensure hosts' homes were clean after wrap.

Take production notes during shooting; assist Director and AD with what's been shot, what's left, matching lens, wardrobe, makeup, set, props, with where we left off in script. Provide editor with detailed daily logs of what was shot, what needs to be shot, issues, & Director preferences.

Assist in crafting props; make labels and greek brand names; set and re-set props in same position before each new take; run shopping errands and return items; check out items from prop warehouse; count funds and accumulate receipts for budget; take down sets and clean locations after wrap.

Construct set pieces and props from wood and other natural outdoors items; decorate sets and assist with making wardrobe pieces by hand; paint and prepare props for a children's summer camp arts and crafts room; strike sets and clean locations when wrapped.

Assist Director prepping and communicating with talent re: wardrobe and call times; prepare call sheets with location and scene information; time choreography and ensure scenes were shot in a timely manner; distribute and collect talent release forms; assist with wrap/clean-up and craft services.

Take shooting notes of story that goes along with the song: camera angles, lenses used, timing of scenes, what was shot, scratched, and needed to be re-shot, shots added, Director comments and notes for editing later.

Assist wardrobe department with costuming actors; prepare costumes for upcoming scenes and ensure wardrobe matched with timeline of story. Steam costumes, clean and wash after dirtying/ blood spills/ etc. Size outfits for actors and take continuity pictures.

Take extensive shooting notes regarding camera angles, lenses, actors' wardrobe and prop position and handling, Director preferences. Prepare daily logs of what was shot, what wasn't, additional scenes covered, re-shoots, false starts, timing of each take, and number of takes.

Take detailed shooting notes, ensuring camera angles, lenses, type of shot, characters and wardrobe were documented for editor. Assist Director with matching continuity from scene to scene and notate scenes that needed to be re-shot, weren't completed, and what takes were preferable to the Director.

Note what is being shot during production. Write detailed descriptions of scenes, takes, errors, sound complications, as well as notate costumes, makeup, hair, and props and dressing for continuity purposes and ease of editing.

Take extensive notes during shooting regarding what has been shot, the timing of each take, scratched scenes and dialogue, added scenes and dialogue, what was covered per on script page and other notes the editor may find useful in piecing together the project. Ensure proper continuity from scene to scene.

Take shooting notes mostly consisting of camera angles and brief overview of scene of a non-scripted, reality pilot.

Fill-in script supervisor; take detailed shooting notes to pass on to the regular scripty re: camera angles, lenses, costumes, and any other notes or complications that arose during production. Marked what was covered on script pages that were translated into English from actor's monologue in French.
