Responsibilities include producing multi-camera shoots, conducting field interviews, developing creative content, scripting story line, working within tight time constraints, casting and managing talent, observing minor labor laws, ensuring content objectives were achieved in the field, supervising edit workflow, producing show packages, bumpers and VO sessions, supervising the creative team from pre to post-production.

Researched archival footage and photos for each inductee, worked closely with the producers on packages, assisted the AE and editors on an organized workflow, managed all clearances for the show, assisted the AD during the show on audience shots, managed post and set PAs.

Managed PAs, prepared write ups for executives, wrote scripts and interview questions, scouted shoot locations, managed location releases and payments, prepped talent and families for on camera interviews, worked closely with the DP during field shoots

Coordinated meetings between different production companies, worked closely with the writer on distributing script changes to talent and the director, helped stage managers with show timings and talent
