Assisted Director to Thomas Hefferon, and Producers, Darren Mahon and Vincent Lambe in the creation of call sheets, supervised on legal details for the music video “In Flight” by Daithí for Sony Music. Tasks heavily involved working directly with the Producers, handling both cast and crew communication.

Assistant Directed to Director, Thomas Hefferon and Producer, Darren Mahon on casting and managing 25 extras for music video to be distributed by Universal. During production, tasks included managing and organizing space for the extras as well as keeping them in the know on legal details and timing of the shoot.

Played a critical role in the selection, interview and hire of interns. Mentored Interns on their professional progress by assessing their long-term goals. Additionally, created learning opportunities for Interns by pro-actively setting camera tech sessions and chances to shadow various parts of the Crew.

Production Associate to the production management team for MTV's Emmy Award-Winning series, MADE. Duties included coordination of equipment, travel, purchase reconciliation, production reimbursement, and the hire/management interns.

Production Company fully fitted with professional video, sound, and editing equipment. In addition, TBP partners, employees, and volunteer participants contour with the array of skills expected to meet pre-production, production, and post-production needs.

Worked one-on-one with Director and Producer on camera, sound production, technical assistance, and talent management for an untitled documentary on the artist and his process.

Acted as Lead Production Assistant to Head Event Producer for Tribeca Film Institute's, "Sloan Film Summit." Other duties included event planning, photography & on-location assistance. Additionally, acted as technical director for live screenplay readings.
