Oversight of assigned video production and post production projects from inception to delivery. Includes: Pre-production planning, freelance hires, budgeting, location scouting, gear rental, studio rental, production, scheduling, and post-production supervision. ❏ Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. ❏ Work closely with Line Producers to ensure all projects and billing are on track. ❏ Communicate deliverables and timeline to production and post team. ❏ Ensure post production team has all needed assets to execute their work. ❏ Transmit any technical/creative questions to client and/or agency to ensure objectives are clear. ❏ External client management: Liaise with clients on assigned projects from inception to delivery, obtain all necessary information on deliverables/timeline/budget, attend client meetings with Managing Director. ❏ Review scripts set plans guests etc. to determine if any changes need to be made ❏ Ensure the meeting of all deadlines
