Supervised a technical staff of 30 individuals. Consulted with the production companies to create the appropriate work flow for each production. Negotiated rates with the clients. Wexler staff would then assemble the required equipment, follow the production into the field and build the remote facilities; such as control rooms, hidden cameras.

Supervised a staff of 20 Avid technicians. Working with the production companies, we would build and service edit facilities and shared storage facilities; ISIS, Unity and SAN systems. I was responsible for scheduling, payroll, and client relations. I was able to reduce overtime by 25% while reducing staff by 10%.

Supervised all production and post production. Hired LA staff and production crews throughout the country. Tracked expenditures to keep on budget. Assured we met the technical specifications of the distributor and fulfilled our delivery requirements on time. Wrote and directed client segments and talent wrap-around around segments..
