Helped book flights, arrange flight and ground transportation, contact fixers and prep the week leading to an international shoot in the South Pacific. Traveled with crew to Vanuatu and took detailed notes for virtual reality shoot and B roll, while arranging and figuring out other production logistics.

Responsible for tasks including hot sheets, taking detailed field notes for scenes filmed, including timecode and camera information. I organized all personal, location and materials releases, track story and continuity in the field and post. I assisted with episode deliverables going to the network in post.

Assisted with runs, petty cash, organizing the Production Office, took story notes. Handled some coordinator responsibilities, paperwork and catering responsibilities (ordering, payment, communication). Booking and organizational aspects of production.

I helped with production in Venice, CA. Helping with storage and crafty runs, assisted in the Master Control Room, with audience check in and wrangling, site maintenance. Helped with executive and talent craft services and other needs. Worked night shoots and bookend day shoots to load in and wrap out.

Assisted with the closed casting call in Seattle, WA. Helped check in and assist potential contestants. Assisted with contestant call backs and communicated closely with casting producers.

Took story notes for rehearsal time. Filmed with a handheld for raw footage.

Assisted with prep and production for multiple locations for the 15 day shoot. Cleaned, posted signage and helped with breakdown after each shoot. Helped with transportation of materials and location-to-location transitions.

I worked closely with and assisted the competitors, communicated with producers and the 1st AD on walkie. I took field notes, transported cast members and kept competitors on ice when necessary.

AC/Media Manager. Assisted camera operators, kept media organized and uploaded onto drive. Kept batteries charged and media always available.

I scouted and cleared locations, filed and organized various releases. I worked with producers on story and took field notes. Wrapped out release binders and other important documents. Worked on pickups as well.

Photographer for Washington State University Football press conferences and games, I edited the images and created slideshows for the KHQ & SWX websites. For nightly newscasts I ensured accuracy and high quality of production by becoming proficient at pre coding the newscasts. I shot & edited packages and operated studio cameras.

Went on runs, handled releases, assisted in preparation for future shoots.

Assisted with setting up, running, and breaking down all three days of closed casting sessions held in Seattle.

Shadowed and was the personal assistant for Director Bethany Rooney on Episode #502. Able to observe and experience firsthand how scripted television works, and received one on one directorial training from Ms. Rooney. Alongside Ms. Rooney for all pre-production, production and post production elements of the episode.
