• Provide support to Senior Story Producer on four HGTV-broadcasted shows (Island Life, Caribbean Life, Mexico Life, Hawaii Life) • Sort raw footage shot in the field and organize into episode segments • Create cut downs of key scenes on Avid • Notate sequences on Avid to highlight select takes that support story • Research stock footage and locate in-house clips to fulfill segment needs • Track script syncs, tape logs, and episode breakdowns over multiple seasons

• Reviewed cuts for legal clearance and collaborated with in-house counsel and production teams to resolve all issues before air (Island Life, Caribbean Life) • Coordinated with networks to satisfy all legal and production requirements for final delivery of on-air programs, both scripted (Odd Mom Out) and unscripted (Ride with Norman Reedus, The Zoo) • Researched third party materials and tracked usage on archival-heavy programs (Showtime’s The Circus, National Geographic’s Generation X) • Pitched potential talent and formats in bi-weekly comedy development meetings

• Assisted Rights and Clearances and Deliverables Coordinators across a dozen shows at all stages of production (Sports Detectives, Joe Mande’s Award-Winning Comedy Special, First Family of Hip Hop, Road to 9/11) • Created and organized deliverables across multiple shows simultaneously and sent to network • Tracked third-party materials, submitted episodic music usage, and maintained records of assets for all shows

Over the four day run of the festival, I was responsible for managing the schedules of network executives and coordinating daily pitch meetings with the festival's content creators. I also helped direct large crowds in and out of our sold out theatre screenings, checked in panel speakers, and acted as festival liaison during the speakers' slated discussion times.

Worked as east coast representative for Los Angeles-based production company. Responsible for meeting with and gathering information from potential talent for second season of VH1 reality show.

Assisted Art Department in set design, wardrobe, and prop management. Assisted general production in load in/load out. Assisted producer with miscellaneous tasks.
