Assist the production designer in all aspects of art dept including managing budgets, coordinating schedules and purchasing for set dec./props. Handle all clearances and graphic design needs. Assist producers with all docs related to art department including set build drawings, man day budgets and visuals from prep to post.

Create graphics for casino based storyline including fictional casino branding, hospital, police department and various other signage and props. Managed vendors and 3D signage production. Coordinate production office for low budget film, manage paperwork and accounting workflow including spreadsheets and daily production/accounting reports. Assist producers in all office aspects during production and post.

Coordinate/planning of pre-ticket release of 6,000+ seat arena venue seating layout between venue, Ticketmaster, television and live production companies including VIP, press, guest and public seating. Manage to staff of pages/ushers to fill-in no-show seats and identify key super fans/families to upgrade to visible seating prior to taping.
