Behind the Scenes Content Editor // previously // Assistant editor in the Interactive TV, Menus, and Content department, with focus on theatrical and home entertainment content. - tasks include ingesting and organizing elements for editors, prepping new projects, prepping approved content for finishing, a-rolling interviews, stringing out sequences of interviews/b-roll/ID pulls/feature clips, cutting down film clips, editing in feature commentaries, creating home entertainment menu audio loops, batch lists from tape, overcutting/clean printing, green screen pulls, PIP, editing client/producer notes into latest cuts, exporting clips/finished content for FTP sites, ORTs, creating music cuesheets, using a Teranex to transcode media, and various other AE tasks.

Motion picture editor for the feature film "Ritual," a horror film directed by Mickey Keating. "Ritual" was filmed independently and was purchased by After Dark Films with international distribution and Lionsgate distributing in the US.

-Handling of all physical assets coming into and leaving Trailer Park Post Production -Digitizing various assets (HDCAM, DigiBeta, D5, etc.) for several different departments including TV promo, theatrical trailers, advanced content, and video games. -Various operations within the machine room including dubbing and laying back to tape for delivery, as well as remote patching for the offline and online editors and audio mixers. -On-hand production PA for in-house commercials -AE tasks for the advanced content department including: logging, overcutting, creating audio loops, creating batch lists, exporting EDLs, OMFs, and MOVs, as well as prepping sequences for the finishing department. -AE tasks for various departments, including prepping entire projects from ingest through stringing up sequences. -Dozens of crucial tasks for security (opening and closing the main gate to the Post Production floor, etc.) as well as aiding with general conveniences such as ordering supplies & food.

During my internship at Twitch Post (in conjunction with sister production company Persona Films), I worked closely with RED footage in Final Cut Pro 7, After Effects, and Photoshop. Throughout the 3 month stint, I acquired rotoscoping skills (on the music video "Disco Ghetto" starring Mary Louise Parker) as well as solely editing together a documentary from beginning (sorting through interviews) to nearly its final stages (adding music and b-roll).

Editing using Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop. PA on many commercial production sets and stand-in for various talent.
