First Media is a New Media publishing company with well known brands such as Blossom, So Yummy & Blusher. They worked with big brands for advertising such as Finish Line, Walmart, Krogers, K Health, and many others. 
— Produced digital content for YouTube Blossom that reached a wide international audience and gained 500,000-8 million views. 
 — Responsibilities included location writing, scouting, travel logistics, coordinating, and assistant-directing, and creating budgets. 
 — On average, produced 2-3 videos per month from start to finish.
 — Managed to keep budgets under $15,000 per project.
 — Worked with many known Influencers like Rachel Demita, Zane Hijazi, Brad Mondo, and more to create food-based Youtube Content for the Snackable Channel. Managed a team of 20 producers, timecards, & project budgets.
 — Scheduled and created new protocols for production timelines so that teams could achieve their deadlines.
 — Production Coordinator for Branded content such as Disney, Mattel, Let Go, & Finish Line. Responsibilities included location scouting, budgeting, on-set coordination.
 — Worked with smaller budgets for Branded, ranging from $15,000-$30,000.
 — Made projected budgets for special, large Branded productions ranging from $100,000-$300,000.

Worked as the liaison between production and the field. Coordinated on set logistics such as equipment, transportation, and meals, for field producers, directors, and crew to keep the production on schedule and within budget. 
— In charge of 3-4 field shoots running simultaneously. Liaison between field crew and production office. 
— Improved communication between different personalities by listening, observing, and anticipating needs before being asked.
