As 1st Assistant Director with a very small crew, I was responsible for scheduling the shoot days, running the set during shooting itself, creating paperwork including call sheets and production reports and assisting the Producer with on-set logistics such as transportation and meals.

As 2nd AD I was responsible for paperwork including call sheets and production reports, SAG Exhibit G's, extras release forms, etc. I worked with the 1st AD to help run the set and backstage areas. I also worked with the UPM on daily logistics such as transportation.

As 1st AD I was responsible for scheduling the shooting days, training and overseeing the work done by the 2nd AD and most importantly running the set during shooting and making sure we made our days.

As 2nd Assistant Director I was responsible for daily paperwork (call sheets, production reports, SAG Exhibit G's, extras sign-ins), running the backstage of the set, overseeing additional Assistant Directors and PA's, coordinating transportation and other logistics during shooting, communicating with all talent regarding call times and changes to schedule.

As 2nd AD I was responsible for daily paperwork (call sheets, production reports, SAG), running the backstage area of the set, communicating with all cast and crew about schedule changes or problems that arose on set, training and overseeing PAs, helping the producer with daily meal and transportation logistics.

As Production Coordinator I was responsible for many tasks, including: researching the story, setting up interviews, arranging equipment rentals and travel plans for the production team, managing logistics and assisting on the day of interviewing, following up with interviewees for additional information, overseeing the transfer/labeling of data.
