Responsible for obtaining and organizing all release pertaining to location, material, appearance and legal

• Responsible for daily filing • Conduct errands, including crafty service, paycheck retrieval • Ensure efficiency of office, supply requisitions, copy and print supply, workflow • Correspondence between production, post and field offices • Office function coordination i.e. Season Premiere party, Inter-office move • Obtain keys, monthly parking passes for staff • Coordinate office deliveries

• Worked on a team of 3 coordinators • Collaboratively responsible for 40+ cast members • Liaison between cast and producers for taping, schedule organization • Organize wardrobe based on scene and storyline • Escort cast members to location in production vehicles • Assist cast on set and organize lunch breaks • Furnish daily cast call sheet and schedules

• Assist Art Director on and off set • Dress location for scenes • Manage properties for daily tapings • Maintain, store and organize properties within storage unit

• Load vans with gear, coolers and snack bins • Escort crew and gear in 15-passenger vans to all locations • Greek logos and brand names at locations • Obtain legal appearance releases from background extras • Handle all other logistical movement and assist with crew lunches
