Loading/transporting gear to and from set. Build FS7 camera package, light panels, wireless monitors and walkie-talkies. Coordinate and arrange meals for cast/crew. Keep production van/gear safe and organized until return.

- Coordination of cast/crew meals for breakfast and lunch. - Loading/unloading of production van to distribute essential gear to their assigned department heads. - Effectively completed crucial runs and pick-ups for production.

Sorting through bins of unorganized audio/video files finding, labeling and transcoding pro-res RED footage and syncing audio files to footage. Then I would organize the files into specific bins to be delivered back to the client on a hard drive.

Collected talent release forms and wrangled 20 background extras throughout entire music video shoot. Assisted key grip and gaffer in collaborating with the director of photography to light several different scenes. Shuttled actors and cast members to and from the set. Used personal vehicle to run errands such as grocery shopping and other duties.

Worked closely with comedian Ralphie May and producer Danny Lobell on Ralphie's podcast "The Perfect 10." Collaborated with key stakeholders on key editing and production decisions. Coordinated post-production for 5 different shows in 3 months. Pitched several story ideas within 3 months. Interviewed celebrity guests such as Ben Gleib, Bree Olson and Rick Shapiro.

Attaching and securing thousands of light bulbs onto strands of wire. Getting on a cherry picker to attach the strands to the ceiling of the set. Taking down and dis-assembling thousands of light bulbs at the end of the shoot.

Shuttling actors to and from set, helping out gaffers and grips, picking up lunch, coffee and camera gear. I helped set up craft services, took down and set various elements of the set and I worked as an extra in the film.

Solely responsible for shopping, buying food, snacks coffee and beverages for 5 day shoot. Calling and making catering arrangements at 4 different locations. Setting up craft service tables and keeping them stocked with snacks, plates, hot coffee and cold ice.

I worked as an office PA during pre-production helping with cast and crew calls, traveling to collect contracts for studio, and picking up gear from rental houses. I also worked on set as a PA hauling equipment in and out of trucks, making runs to pick up coffee, gas for generators and shuttling actors to and from set. I also worked as an extra several times throughout production.
