Responsible for all videos, photos, and battery life of prop phone. Transfer snapchat to DIT between scene changes. Ensure that all designated ad videos, snap codes, and filters are pre-installed on the phone before every scene. Set up and breakdown location.

Responsible for getting director’s signature on all contracts including deal memos, appearance release forms, addendum, etc. Set up and breakdown production office at every new holding location. Prepare sides at the end of every production day. Benchmark fellow features and television series to develop marketing strategies for social media promotion

Assist extras casting director with contacting and casting extras, as well as organizing confirmed extras online & on set. Manage daily sign-in sheet and ensure all valid paperwork (W9s, performer permits, etc) is signed before they go on-set. Communication with extras on behalf of Line Producer and accountant to ensure extras’ are compensated.
