Produced (developed, produced, wrote & directed) over 90 YouTube videos in 2020. Produced 5 celebrity game series with 2.8 million YouTube views over 25 videos. Produced 16 cover star videos across BDG brands, with 1.8 million views on FB & YT. Produced 2 seasons of an astrology dating & dating confessional series, casting 40 contestants, managing a crew of 15, and shooting 25 episodes in 3 days per season. Responsibilities included: Released 6 videos/month minimum, and for $1k or less per video. Collaborated with design, camera & edit teams, managed 3-5 people a project. Optimized videos for distribution per platform: wrote all packaging copy, oversaw thumbnails, produced social cutdowns, and wrote on-site articles.

Produced (pitched, developed, produced, wrote & directed) 2-3, $20k branded video campaigns per month, working w/ sales team to hit client KPIs & internal COGS of 10%. Managed freelance crews of 3-30 people, and internal teams of 3-5 per project . Produced Jack In The Box ASMR video that received Numerator “Best of the Week” & Bronze Telly for Branded Content, as well as a DairyPure animated video campaign that also received a Bronze Telly for Branded Campaign. Cultivated repeat business with Jack In The Box & Plan B, resulting in ongoing relationships. Developed pre production and post production processes for branded producer team.

Bid and tracked budgets from $3k - $300k while maintaining a 15- 20% profit margin. Co-managed workflow, schedules and deliverables for post-production house of 6 editors/motion graphic artists, 2 colorists and 2 audio engineers. Hired & managed crews of 5-50 people, coordinated casting for SAG/non-union talent. Acted as producer, production manager, and assistant director on small productions. Communicated with clients to strategize, mitigate and ensure expectations were met. Collaborated closely with the creative team & director to research, pitch and create bids and treatments, translating final creative into shot lists and production plans.

Managed a cast, crew, and band of 30; running rehearsals, video shoots and show days which included set build, dress rehearsal and a live show for an audience of 75+. Stage managed shows: calling cues in conjunction with the control room and managing the audience to produce a live-switched show that was edited to tape for release.
