Co-lead on building show’s creative elements, researching and sourcing culinary aspects, communicating and ideating with Talent to develop recipes and demonstrations, assist with marketing and promotional endeavors, and hands-on supervision during the week at sea. Ownership of budget and finances for the 2nd and 3rd MasterChef Cruise, lead on production, travel, equipment management and transportation to/from the ship.

Involved with projects from under ten thousand dollar development presentations to multi-million dollar productions. Oversee budgeting and use of finances, assist with creative, contract and negotiate with vendors, and handle various logistics for in-house and subsidiary development teams. Attend creative sessions, assist with pitchbooks, decks, and sizzles; schedule editors, graphic designers and vo artists. Transition development properties and existing shows into production, including; binding insurance, declaring to unions, staffing and providing payroll documents to core hires, maintaining and renting out audio/visual equipment, securing initial travel arrangements, working with upper-level staff to generate production/post calendars, account management, etc.; Acting Line Producer for shows moving into Post.

Coordinator on the first-ever MasterChef Cruise

Generate and update large-scale, Union and Non-Union labor budgets for clients, understand and apply various labor contract conditions, payroll processing for Union and Non-Union, invoicing and other general accounting for high-profile production company. Additionally tasked with scheduling, correspondence with vendors and clients, time-management, training and overseeing of Production Assistants, etc.
