Office management. Scheduling PAs during shoot days when they were needed in a different place every 20 or 30 minutes. Booking car rides for guest stars and litigants. Setting up rehearsals and meetings often at off-site locations. Reconciling Credit Card and Petty Cash receipts. Writing and tracking POs.
Summary
I've worked as a PoC for 4 years and in production for 10, as an APOC, Prod. Secretary & PA. In production offices, usually, but also on-set and in the field. I have worked primarily in scripted TV, but not exclusively. Great at PA management, logistical management, and attention to detail. Willing and happy to work the long hours production comes with.
