I assisted with pre-production & wrap for a TBA Monster High branded video, reporting directly to the Production Coordinator and Art Director. My pre-production responsibilities included: - Going on runs for the office and Art Department - Sorting through receipts and updating purchase tracker spreadsheet, logging and labeling purchases made for appropriate departments - Making and retrieving online orders for graphics print-outs - Picking up and transporting lighting equipment and large materials for set building - Some light set dressing - Helping to clean Art Department shop room and stages - Organizing gels, bounce boards and reflectors My post-production responsibilities included: - Cleaning out stages and organizing props - Updating a spreadsheet of lighting, camera, camera support, electrical and gaffing equipment inventory and status - Organizing and returning items to the appropriate departments - Disassembling stop-motion rigs and cleaning stations

Assisted on a large-scale production with a cast of over fifty people at two locations. The shoot took place initially at Optimist Studios and then on location in Redondo Beach. Reported directly to Head of Production, Producers, Production Manager and Executive Producer. Working on set, I was responsible for: - putting together NDA's, Media Releases and Locations Release forms - organizing and distributing paperwork to talent, QC checking signatures - supply runs - crafty runs - transporting props and equipment - coordinating talent and participants - assisting talent and participants - helping set up and break down lighting equipment - some light set dressing - providing support for producers, art dept. and gaffers on set.
