Mariel Alemann

I was in charge of the accreditation of directors, actors and producers, industry and members of the MIFF. I had to explain the itinerary and schedule in detail for each guest, check credentials, and be ready and available to answer questions and solve problems. I was responsible for the budget of each Liaison and Presenter that was in charge of the director and crew of each screening. Also I helped coordinate the itinerary and schedules of the volunteers at the Standard Hotel.

I worked as a set dresser with Art Director and Prop Master, Tom Criswell on this short film directed and Adapted by Yaniv Raz.

I work as a freelance art director, also assist the art director and help out the production team. I am a "hands on" person, im not afraid of lifting boxes and heavy furniture. I love to work in production and love to be part of a proactive crew.

Breakdown of scripts, responsible for budget of each member of the art department, Coordinate with providers for elements necessary for film on locations, create presentations with all the props, to keep up to date the client (Nickelodeon), the Director and all art department for continuity of future projects, also presentations for approved and to be approved props.

I was responsible for the set and its props, maintaining a work regime 6 days a week, 12 hr. days for a shooting period of up to three months on studio and on locations. I assisted the set dresser and art director with presentations and the designs of sets and props that had to be printed in house. Also, daily onset assistance and coordination of arts side of sets and running of the daily scene plan, assisting in the handling of animals including snakes, rabbits, ram, spiders, etc. I also assisted the prop master on the building of props.
