• Oversaw the casting of all internally developed projects for Atlas Media. • Cast talent for hundreds of unique formats, docu-series and docu-soaps. • Involved in the casting of numerous projects that sold to networks such as: HGTV, Travel, History, Discovery, MTV, E!, Food, Animal Planet and more. • Supported 3 to 5 producers at any given time. Managed junior casting associates, assistants and interns when necessary. • Pushed outreach via multiple platforms including national radio, social media, professional casting websites, local businesses and organizations, and person-to-person outreach. • Managed detailed grid covering all outreach, all talent considered, Skyped and signed, for all current and past projects. • Liaised with agents and managers in the pursuit of well-known talent. • Conceptualized and pitched new projects to producers based on new talent discoveries. • Ran Skype interviews, created one sheets, handled shopping agreements. Cut casting string outs as necessary.
