Responsible for booking cast, creating shooting schedule and daily call sheets, recorded field-notes, work as A.D. for the 2 week studio shoot, and created string-outs for ancillary content during post production

Assisted director Alison Maclean in preproduction securing cast and materials for "workshop" scene, and served as production assistant on set.

As Executive Assistant to the Divisional Dean, New York University, my responsibilities included: • Maintaining executive's schedule, meeting planning, and booking extensive travel. • Navigating tight deadlines while upholding a level of strict confidentiality. • Strong organizational and project management skills presented with grace and humor. • Answering high volume of calls. • Liaison between Dean and upper level executives within NYU. • Creating presentations and drafting marketing material. • Represented the Dean at in-house committee meetings and university planning committees.
