My responsibilities included overseeing the entire production, hiring and supervising the production team and managing the budget to ensure we were able to complete the project on time and within the set budget. Also, included is working with the post production team to produce an edit of the project that was ready for pitch/distribution.

My duties and responsibilities included coordinating production activity, supervision of the production cast and crew. Worked closely with the director to create filming schedule and call sheet. Responsible for distribution of daily call sheets. Worked with production manager to arrange for rental of equipment and props needed for shoot. Ensure the set ran efficiently, with actors and camera department were ready when the director called action. Worked to adhere to shooting schedule to ensure production was on time and within the designated budget as per production manager.

Coordinated every aspect of the production. Approved and hired cast and production team, worked collaboratively with the cast and crew. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production team. Continuously communicated and consulted with the director, and other creative personnel on and off set. Consulted with writer regarding revisions of the script.
