Contributing to pitching and refining the show as a member of the creative team during pre-producing. My duties also included organizing the google drive, handling the rules and beat sheet for the show, as well as connecting with Arts and props for essential moments during the production phase of the show.

Searching rental van companies, collecting travel docs for crew, and reaching out to hotels for overnight stay for multiple cities.

Making sure PA's are in designated areas ( Lock up, Stand-ins, Catering, and Control Room ) - Control Room PA working with producers to make sure things run smoothly - Liaison from Set to Production office.
