Interviewing cast members to develop story points, assisted field producer to develop different Creative concepts in each episode. Conducted on camera interviews. Researched and cleared all locations, talent and cast management, creating and executing daily and weekly shoot schedules, daily field notes and hot sheets.

Assisted Field Producers to create recreation scenes for various cases. Responsible for location research and booking, talent casting and booking, prop research, as well as assisting to develop different creative aspects of each shoot.

Conducted all talent auditions and casting. Pitched talent to executive producers and incorperate them into creative concepts. Responsible for location management and clearance, talent prep, storyboards, assisting Executive Producers to create shot lists, also managed a team of five PA’s for shoot days.

Various Responsibilities including Location Management/ Research, Talent Management/Wrangling, Casting, Contestant Vet and Prep, Clearance Coordination, Game / Challenge Development and Direction of Camera B-Roll Team.

Responsibilities included All Releasing and Deliverables for network. Licensing clips from YouTube. As well as negotiating marks to come in for studio tapings.

Responsible for coordinating Release PAs on set. Organized all release paperwork for deliverable as well as clearance passes with Post Production to confirm all marks were cleared and signed.

Managed a team of five set PAs while researching locations, handling wardrobe requests, keeping talent informed about schedule and call information, creative development of segments, shoots preparation and supporting the two teams of producers.

Responsible for setting up and tearing down Video village. Clearance coordination for all contestants. Cast wrangling and talent management of on set cast.

Talent Production Assistant for the Florida Auditions. Responsible for crowd control and talent forms for of over five thousand contestants.

APOC responsibilities included: Tracking all petty cash floats and credit card receipts. Filing and organizing all release forms.

Onset Advisor for “Out of Town” Crew. Coordinated all clearance, meal, location, and transportation efforts.

Supervised Petty Cash floats. Filed all PCARD and Petty Cash receipts / maintained weekly budgets. Lead communication with cast and crew in regards to all locations, paperwork and schedules.
