Manage a rotating cast of 40 for both events and studio sessions. Coordinating with talent managers and agents. Arrange all travel for cast and production staff. Prepare all Day Player Contracts, Time sheets, talent authorizations through the SAG. Track all script changes. Coordinate auditions with understanding of confidentiality.

As both the Casting Coordinator & the Exec assistant I was responsible for seeking out new talent, arranging travel, scheduling, script tracking, managing and planning for events such as Comic-Con and Star Wars Celebration. I also worked with SAG on Day Player contracts, exhibit G's and station 12 clearance.

Created and maintained department-wide scheduling, seamlessly working between the creative staff, upper management and the executive team; maintaining a free flowing and productive work environment. Tracked Animation shots from assignment to final approval. Creation of reference material packets for Animation Team including but not limited to film and artwork reference.
