Assisted the production coordinator each day by going on runs for the crew, organizing lunches, handling receipt forms, assisting with releases, loading in gear and gathering releases. I also had a hand in taking field notes during a few days on set.

Labeled discs and kept organized throughout the shoot for each day. Organized crew lunches. Helped to load and unload gear as well as maintain the batteries.

Assisted the production manager and the line producer in various tasks such as organizing lunches for the crew. Helped the prep kitchen by washing dishes and preparing meals ahead of time for next day shoots. Was a general "go-to" person for anyone that needed help.

Assisted in all areas of production as well as onset and in the office. Maintained photo caption logs, release books and call sheets for each shoot. Handled gear and managed media from each shoot day.

Worked as a production assistant to the associate producer for a full week of filming on location in Mitchell, SD. 12/3-12/8 * Ran daily errands. * Assisted with releases for talent as well as filming locations. * Helped to take production notes for the associate producer.

Hollywood Mentorship Training Program/Intern

In charge of preparation and presentation of on-air product. Worked on set with the directors, producers and the host to make sure that the shows ran smoothly. Printed, sorted and filed cue cards and run sheets.

Assisted production coordinators in accompanying contestants to their respective audition rooms. Communicated with other production assistants and worked as a team.
