Creation of the series format and cast for the sales tape (original idea). Consulted with the network and production company regarding the development of the series. Pitched and sold the show directly to the network alongside the Executive Producer’. Executed all episode breakdowns and story outline for the series. Served as the primary point-of-contact for the production company while selling the sales tape. Participated in the approved casting with the network and production company.

Work collaboratively with the development team on all phases. Interviewed all talent and produced the sizzle reels to pitch to networks. Provided feedback on story and outline for projects in development. Research and casted all original ideas from start to finish. Conducted regular meetings with the development team. Wrote up treatments, one-sheets and decks to pitch to potential networks.

I worked as a Development Director on the project from start to finish. I was involved from the initial casting reel, pilot phase and worked as the Producer of the show in production. Also worked on the post production side and generated notes on cuts to the VP of Development.

Responsible for all aspects of booking human canvases and developed personal stories for each episode. Conducted pre interviews, background research, obtained vital medical records and complied one-sheets. Facilitated open casting calls around the Tri-State area in the pre-production phase. Produced guest and briefed them while on set.

Booked candidates for a nationally syndicated live to tape show each week. Pitched directly to the Supervising Producer & Executive Producer.
