Duties include managing the set up and breakdown of barricades, signage, and festival bar as well as working with security vendors, EMTs, police, and FOH staff to ensure an enjoyable and safe attendee experience.

Supported lead producers and managed the logistical efforts of the onsite production office and press room during KCON NY street convention at the Prudential Center. Duties included working with vendors and venue to set up seating, signage, and catering, providing administrative support to all lead staff for printing and distribution of supplies like walkies, handling petty cash, managing PA's and runners, and maintaining overall organization and cleanliness of office.

Oversee on-site production efforts of weekly, non-ticketed children's event at Hudson Eats in Brookfield Place. Duties include working with talent, managing production crew, engaging with attendees, handling contracts, invoices, and petty cash, and collaborating with venue staff to ensure a safe, quality experience.

Assured contributor needs were met from arrival through interview and departure by maintaining craft services, escorting talent to and from studio, providing assistance for special requests, and organizing transportation. Supported shoot Prodcuers with general logistics including distributing walkies and organizing various supplies and crafty for an editorial photo shoot with composers of Willy Wonka musical. Assisted Prop Managers and Art Department with placement and motion of props and scenery during shoot (throwing balls, setting up colored steam, candy theme placement).
