Co-Wrote the screenplay, attended auditions, served as videographer and producer on the Kickstarter video, hired key cast and crew members in California and Florida, location scouted, supervised the movie all through post (including a dozen VFX shots), and appeared at Q&A's across America to support the movie.

My consultant duties included reviewing and making suggestions to the budget, to help assemble the crew, help with cast suggestions, reaching out to certain actors the production was interested in, location scouting, and to help get the primary cast and crew contracts going.

Helped create the budget, hired numerous crew, negotiated vendor deals, suggested purchases, processed time cards, was the liaison with the payroll company, shipped supplies internationally, ran the production office when the producers were out of the country, etc.

My duties were to evaluate the status of the post production, formulate a strategy and schedule based on the available budget, build a team to do the work, interface with the producer, the post staff and vendors, represent the production during ADR, and finish the project within 8 weeks.

Generated numerous budgets, helped to assemble the key crew members, called in cast favors to helped the director, negotiated deals with vendors, procured numerous locations, coordinated transportation vehicles during company moves.

Handled the day-to-day responsibilities of keeping the production rolling along while getting the crew and cast paid out.

After writing the screenplay and generating a budget and schedule, I attached the director and sought out funding from various sources. When the movie was funded, I traveled to Iowa to set up the production office, location scout, consulted on casting choices, vetted Iowa crew, established cast and crew lodging, rented vehicles, rental equipment, vetted caterers, drove cast members to and from set, etc. I then stayed behind after wrap to close out the Iowa office, make returns, etc.

Worked with the producers on the budget and recommended script tightening, brought in the primary crew, casting director and post production talent, negotiated vendor deals, negotiated some cast deals, managed the day to day production during the shoot, supervised the post production and the final delivery of the picture.

Managed the day-to-day production, helped procure locations, helped with payroll, and helped with moving trucks and trailers as needed.

Worked with keeping the daily grind of production rolling along while working with numerous vendors, location reps, and the catering company.

Using Avid Media Log, I logged the footage from the field from several cameras, selected the best footage, wrote a synopsis for the story producer, and then even transcribed the show for intl. delivery.

I was the producer and the primary screenwriter that pushed the project forward. I pursued the financing, hired the main team, oversaw the casting process, and produced the picture from prep through production to post production and delivery.

Helped the producers with daily admin duties.

Drove talent to the set, ran errands for the producer, etc.

I was an All-Access PA that did backstage, dressing room, and main house errands for production.

Run errands to and from the production office to the backstage; drive VIP and talent around Daytona; pickup and drop-off VIP and talent to and from Florida airports.

Worked with the visiting Los Angeles and New York crew filming at Universal Studios in Florida after the LA set caught fire. General Set PA duties working under the A.D.s as vehicles and extras were coordinated and pushed through scenes.
