-Worked directly with the SVP, Development in developing new show concepts and researched new talent + formats in both domestic and international markets. -Scheduled meetings for development team, managed 5 calendars, took notes on calls/pitch meetings, rolled calls, prepped pitch materials, tracked all development projects, and interacted with a-list talent. -Built and designed pitch decks to submit to networks, cut down sizzle reels and casting tapes, created one sheets and loglines and tracked new projects as well as updated old development projects.

Assisting two Executive Producers as well as the VP of Development in researching and developing new show concepts, along with managing personal and production calendars, rolling calls, office management, receptionist duties, and talent outreach. Day-to-day also includes putting together sizzle reels, one-sheets, and any other creative projects at hand, as well as handling any logistical issues that may arise in the office.
