Lunch and crafty runs, Set up equipment, distribute walkies, errand runs, location cleanup, team and crew transportation, well traveled

I made food runs, set up props, and even stepped in to be an extra when needed

I helped to set up crafty and lunch, ran errands to supply more equipment, cleaned up the set numerous times, escorted the talent, and made sure everything was set up or put away.

I drove a Mini Van to shuttle crew and equipment to locations. The Key PA asked me to do the coffee runs since he knew I would get it quickly and get the right milk and supplies for each individual's needs. Being local to Atlanta, I was able to help the coordinator find the perfect lunch spots that were close to the locations and able to accommodate diet needs.

I helped the DP and Camera set up their shots and make sure the lights did not interfere with the shooting angles. I assisted the director by keeping track of the shots and making sure all of the shots were accounted for and matched the drawing board. I made sure the talent was ready and in the correct wardrobe for the right shot.

I loaded and unloaded the equipment into the designated vans for transportation to multiple locations. I drove my personal car for runs to get lunch, coffee, and needed supplies for shooting and also kept track of the mileage. I helped camera, DP, director, and producers by doing more than the standard PA is tasked to do. Being the second of only two PAs, I kept on my toes to ensure we got the equipment set up or taken down quickly to stay on schedule. For one of the locations, we had to travel a distance which required staying overnight at an Airbnb and I loved that experience. The crew all stated that if I ever needed a reference they would be happy to supply one.

I assisted the DP and Gaffer to set up equipment and prepare the set for filming. I stood in when the actress was not available to help camera and DP settle on the lighting, I made notes regarding the frames the production was going to use in the final edit. The slate was on an I-pad which I handled; I kept track of the shots and takes.

I traveled to North Carolina. During the shoot, I carried the equipment to the locations and help set up the needed equipment. I made sure the crew stayed hydrated since it was a hot day. When it came time to head to a new location, I put in the addresses and helped the field producer navigate to the right spot. I held onto the releases in cases new forms needed to be filled out.

I drove a Dodge Grand Caravan to transport crew and equipment. I did food runs and ran errands for the production to get equipment and crew to their needed locations. I loaded and unloaded the vans and helped to set up equipment. I took care of talent and made sure they had all their needs taken care of, waters and snacks. I handled petty cash and receipts and when necessary handled releases.

I helped to prepare the set by building and buying the needed supplies. I helped the DP and cameraman set up the camera and the dolly. I was even called to be talent; I played one of the vampires in a scene. I had fangs and fake blood used on me and the director was really happy with by performance.

I was on the 2nd Unit team. They were filming a car chase scene and were filming on a stretch of road. It was my job to make sure pedestrians did not cross the road during filming and to alert production if bogie cars drove on the road. No one got hurt.

I assisted the set decorator by dressing the sets for the scenes. I helped to take pictures of before everything was changed, moved furniture, and set up the place to look like Christmas. I also assisted the prop department to get supplies for scenes and helped to reset the scenes after each take. I helped to load and unload the truck with the needed supplies for the scenes.

I took photos of the surroundings and wardrobe. I helped the actors with their lines and let the director know how much ad-libbing was done.

Communicate information with walkie to key wardrobe, clean and steam costumes, and collect costumes and accessories after wrap.

Handle travel arrangements for talent and other VIP clients, liaise with both client productions and hotels, manage multiple databases, and chase payments and invoices.

I wrote the script, prop master, and edited the final project

I entered new employees into database, worked the door including accepting cover charge, and handed out information about the event.

I assisted in set setup, found the talent, and wrote the script.

I worked as a Script Supervisor, but there were a lot of setbacks in the production. I also had to transport catering and pick up crew members. I assisted with setting up the set.

Not only was I Script Supervisor, but I also worked as Production Designer, Grip, and Transportation for crew members. The entire production, the director kept asking me my opinion of the story to make sure it flowed smoothly and needed me to help the actors get into character.

I loaded and unloaded the grip truck before, during, and after filming. I helped the key grip set up stands, lighting, and other needed equipment.

I observed each take and marked down differences between each one. I kept in communication with the Director, 1st Assistant Director, Sound Mixer, and Camera Department to ensure the correct information was taken down and everyone synced up.

I reviewed every take and made the necessary notes. I took pictures of the scenes to ensure continuity.

I was in charge of all the other Production Assistants. I made sure everything was set and ready to go for the crew and cast. I helped the actors get ready, got make-up their supplies, and went on catering runs for dinner. It was an all night shoot so it was key that coffee was always ready. One day on set, the script supervisor fell ill and had to leave so I took over the position for the night.

I wrote the short film, Tally Marks. I also directed, produced, script supervisor, and edited the film.

I helped to set up stands, silks, and assisted production designers set up decorations.

I wrote Entwined based on the legend of the Red String of Fate. The music is Joo Ah "I Am".

I took pictures of the cast and production scene. I made sure that every prop was put back in their original spot for each take. I even stored the photos so when the director called and asked for the cast's costumes I was able to give him the appropriate pictures promptly.

I worked as the Script Supervisor and as Production Designer

A colleague asked me to write a screenplay for him. He gave me a guideline to what he wanted and I was able to deliver the screenplay. I also served as Script Supervisor for the project.

I served as Script Supervisor and worked hard throughout the whole production. This short took over seventeen hours to shoot and I remained vigilante.

I wrote the Last One based on Jack the Ripper. I made the main character a woman that was getting revenge on the men who attacked her. I also edited the video

I was called on to be a Production Assistant the morning of production and arrived on set shortly after. While helping set up the craft table they called me to be an extra for the bar scene.

I wrote this Screenplay as a way to show that true friends try to keep each other out of trouble. I also edited the video.

I helped the singers remember the moves they used during the singing of the song

I helped the take equipment on and off the Grip truck. I set up the scenes and transferred equipment to their appropriate places. I helped to make sure the craft table was set up and stocked at all times. After wrap, I helped to clean the set and make sure the location was properly put back to original state.

This was my first Script Supervisor job. I worked the whole time while battling a cold and remained in top form. The director was so happy with my work that he asked me to be the Script Supervisor for "Bad Magic" which he was produced.
