- Scheduling meetings, rolling calls and arranging travel for the CEO and President of company - Heavy development work such as reading scripts, writing coverage and notes, and creating materials such as lookbooks, decks, and casting and directing lists. Coordinating and participating in meetings with writers, directors, producers and studios. - Supported the CEO and President during the development, production and post-production of Quibi series SURVIVE (2020) starring Sophie Turner and Corey Hawkins. - Light office managerial work such as ordering office supplies, and tech support when needed.

• Assisting David Greathouse with scheduling calls and meetings, answering phones, and arranging travel. • Reading an average of 2-3 feature/TV scripts per day and writing coverage and developmental notes as well as creating pitch documents and casting lists for several executives. Responsibilities also include logging and organizing all submissions, tracking projects through various stages of development and delegating reading material. • Managing the daily operations of the office and providing CFO with administrative, accounting and IT support for Demarest as well as it’s TV entities. Maintaining the organization of digital and physical files, drawing up and drafting contracts as needed. • Supported Mr. Greathouse while on set for HACKSAW RIDGE (2016), a feature directed by Mel Gibson and starring Andrew Garfield, Vince Vaughn and Sam Worthington, and for the Emmy-nominated, AMC mini-series, THE NIGHT MANAGER (2016), starring Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie.

• Organized, budgeted and managed video shoots for MMC’s filmmaking website, Watch Meet Make. Created all production paperwork, ran camera/sound as part of the production team while interviewing talent, and edited final segments in FCPX. • Delegated various R&D tasks within the team and headed weekly development meetings to track progress and brainstorm. • Responsible for daily operation of the office in areas such as human resources, public relations, task management and IT. • Maintained the company’s contact lists, calendars and Google Drive files and performed administrative tasks for MMC as well as it’s various entities .
