Associate Producer in the field: Taking field notes with timecode, assisting Executive Producer/Director in the field with scheduling, arranging locations, collecting appearance and location releases, writing summaries of dailies. Conducting on-the-fly interviews, producing when crew is split to multiple teams. This season we travelled to New York, NY, South Carolina, Dollywood along with working local in Rocky Top, TN, and I was responsible for securing locations, permits & releases with large crowds in busy settings.

Produced an on-camera interview with instagram star Baddie Winkle for cosmopolitan.com / Hearst Digital Media. Casting for a true crime reenactment show which airs on Investigation Discovery channel. Built a talent network, worked with local and regional agencies, cast and negotiated rates with talent. Prepped talent for shoot and maintained communication with talent throughout production.

This was a non-typical associate producer position. In this capacity, I researched stories, wrote timelines, recruited subjects, arranged pickup interviews, conducted subject interviews, maintained great relationships with law enforcement contacts, obtained archives, retouched stills, reviewed edits. On-set in recreation production as an AP, with focus on managing on-set talent, and assisting the recreation producer with production.

Assistant to David Koh, Head of Film Acquisition & Production. Acquiring independent films for theatrical, DVD/VHS licensing and distribution and acquisition of DV shorts for streaming on Palm Pictures' affiliate website, sputnik7.com. Assisted in developing and maintaining filmmaker and studio relationships.
