Coordinated/booked all travel for crew/cast members in state/out of state. Created/distributed call sheets/production reports. Organized all shoot logistics, cleared locations, filming permits, crew meals. Managed all tape shipments, releases, media, go pros, cameras and swap outs. Tracked/submitted costs, reconciled petty cash/credit card purchases.

Reconciled petty cash and p-cards expenses. Coordinated and booked out of state travel for all cast members. Assisted with craft services and green room for all talent entourage.

Assisted Sr. Director and Manager of Celebrity Casting and Talent Relations for network productions. Researched/booked pop culture correspondents, comedians, actors, actresses, and musicians. Negotiated talent rates and honorariums with producers along with completing talent payment invoicing/time card. Liaison between talent managers, publicists, agents, production coordinator, and production team.

Researched celebrity guests. Assisted segment/associate producers by pulling media for live segments. Produced a segment called “Pass the Bowl.” Logged cue sheets for each cycle and worked closely with in house legal team on music licensing. Worked with integrated marketing and coordinated signed memorabilia and giveaways via Twitter.

Organized celebrity legal contracts, shoot documents, location/guest release forms. Booked travel for talent and production staff. Assisted with craft services and green room for all talent entourage. Worked directly with on-site production manager for all high-profile celebrity shoots. Submitted and filed weekly payroll for all production staff.
